ClearLight Partners, LLC Invests in Apple & Eve

NEWPORT BEACH, CA October 3, 2007 – Private equity firm ClearLight Partners announced today that it has completed an investment in Apple & Eve, a marketer of 100% juice beverages, to support the company’s plans for continued growth and expansion.

Terms of the investment were not disclosed.

Founded more than 30 years ago, Port Washington, NY-based Apple & Eve is the largest privately held producer of 100% fruit juice products in the United States. The company offers more than one hundred different juice products sold under a number of brands including Apple & Eve, Apple & Eve Organics, Sesame Street, Northland, and Seneca. The Company’s products are sold through a variety of channels including grocery, club, mass merchandise, convenience and foodservice.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA July 9, 2007 – Private equity firm ClearLight Partners announced today that it has acquired a controlling interest in Katzkin Leather Interiors, Inc. The current management team, including Company founder Mitch Katz, will remain with the Company. ClearLight Partners provided equity and mezzanine financing in the transaction, while Madison Capital led the senior debt financing. Katzkin management will continue to have an equity stake in the Company.

Founded in 1983, Montebello, CA-based Katzkin is the industry’s leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of made-to-order aftermarket leather interiors for automobiles and light trucks, sold to and installed by a national network of more than 2,000 independent automotive aftermarket restylers. The Outsource Group Merges with Specialized Receivables to Expand Service Lines of Both Entities

ST. LOUIS, MO June 12, 2007 – The Outsource Group (TOG), a leader in healthcare receivables management, announced today that it has merged with Specialized Receivables Incorporated (SRI), a Third-Party Liability (TPL) collections agency in Wakefield, Massachusetts. The merger will significantly increase the size of TOG and extend both companies’ receivables management service lines to their clients. The expanded operation will have offices in Wakefield, Massachusetts, Austin, Texas, and St. Louis, Florissant, and Columbia, Missouri.

Specialized Receivables CEO Sam Rotondi said, “We have been looking for a partner to help us expand, as we take our business model to a national level and continue to invest in technology to better serve our clients. Finding a partner like TOG that understands and complements our business was an ideal fit.” Rotondi will remain President of SRI and will focus on client management and new business development.

Lou Molettiere, SRI’s COO, will also continue in his operations role. “As our name suggests, our services are very specialized, so the merger will enable TOG’s clients to benefit from our 20+ years of success, processing over 1.5 million claims, representing more than one billion dollars in Motor Vehicle and Industrial Accident claim payments,” said Molettiere.

TASI Holdings, Inc. Announces Recapitalization

NEWPORT BEACH, CA May 31, 2007 – ClearLight Partners announced today that it has completed a recapitalization of Cleves, Ohio based TASI Holdings, Inc. along with Black Canyon Capital. As part of the transaction, Industrial Growth Partners, the former majority shareholder, and TASI management will continue to have an equity stake in the Company. ClearLight Partners and Black Canyon provided both equity and mezzanine financing in the transaction, while GE Antares provided senior financing.
