Your Role…
- Develop and execute strategy
- Leverage industry contacts to identify potential acquisitions
- Provide industry-specific diligence support
- Manage/oversee the operations, strategy and growth of the business post-acquisition
ClearLight’s Role…
- Research & vet industry dynamics / trends and help refine strategy
- Support acquisition search with in-house deal sourcing resources
- Lead business due diligence on identified target companies
- Assist in negotiations and documentation
- Provide equity financing and arrange debt financing
- Board-level support and additional capital post-acquisition
